Assessment companies write and score tests for businesses to evaluate their current and potential employees. Businesses use this  empirical data to assist in the selection process of job candidates and to assess employees for possible promotions.  These assessments test a person’s behaviour, personality, cognitive abilities, and relevant knowledge for the job.

If you are invited to take one of these pre-employment screenings it may be administered at the workplace, in a designated assessment centre, or at your home online.
