What Is Roche’s Hiring Process?

Roche’s Online Application

The first step of the Roche hiring process is to complete an online application. You will need to create a Talent Pool profile to find a job listing and submit an application. You can create an account from scratch, or you can use an existing LinkedIn, Indeed, or Facebook profile.

You will upload a CV, cover letter, and other supporting documents during the application process. If you are applying for more than one position, be sure to give each file a unique name to identify which position the document is for. Telephone Interview

The next step of the process is the initial phone interview. This screening interview will be with a member of Human Resources and will last around 30 minutes.   • Final Interview: Lastly, you will participate in a face-to-face interview with a hiring manager. This interview will be more in-depth than the initial interview and will likely include behavioural-based questions and competency-based questions.
